All this information and I still haven't discussed pricing and options. Well, that time has finally come. I think you will find the prices very fair. I really haven't checked into lots of my competitors prices. In the searches I did, no one was offering turnkey solutions. Some offered hosting but you design your own pages. Others offered designs, but no hosting. The lower priced designs were all cookie cutter templates. Not very original, nothing that would make them stand out. So, bare this in mind as you research prices. I'm offering turnkey, custom designs, hosted for a year. Everything is included.

Your web page should enhance your business and should take a minimal time investment from you. The only time you will have to spend is writing the content for your web page. No one knows your business better than you.

I only offer one package. It is all inclusive. You write the words for the page, or I can if you prefer. I'll take those words and design a site that you and your customers will be proud of. I'll host it for a year and make updates 4 times a month if needed.

The price for all this is only $300 per year

The All Inclusive Package Includes:

Registering Your Domain
Hosting For One Year
Custom Web Design
Up To 5 Pages of Content
Up To 4 Updates Per Month
Up to 15 Images on Your Pages
4 Email Address from Your Domain (should you want them)

What The Package Doesn't Include:

Flash
Dynamic HTML
PHP, ASP, Front Page
Form Mail
Message Boards
Shopping Carts
Video, Play lists, Music, RSS, Pod casting
Anything deemed to use to much bandwidth
A multitude of other things that you see on the web, but aren't for simple sites

That doesn't mean you can't have those things on your website. It just means that those items aren't included in the Design Package. Should you need or desire some of those things, they can be incorporated at custom design rates.

Design Rates are $35 per Hour

There is a 1 hour minimum charge. Additional hours are billed in 1/2 hour increments. Starting the 4^th hour, rates drop to $25 per hour. I can handle most things you might want on your web page and can give you a quote for them. There might be times I need to outsource the work. I'll tell you if someone else will be doing the work, and will get a quote at that designers rates.

Don't worry about the cost of a particular project or feature. If there is something you would like to have on your site, let's discuss it. It might not cost as much as you think.

Design Rates Will Apply For:

Anything in the Not Included List
Image Manipulation (other than cropping and resizing)
Designing Custom Logos or Branding
Photo Galleries
Other Things That Aren't on the Included List

I have built in time for designing and manipulating images on your new web site.
Most of the initial sites, won't have any charges for design time added to them.
I will always tell you when a project is going to incur extra expenses.

Options & Renewals

Need more than 15 images on your site? Extra images are done in groups of 30. The cost is $5 per month per group. This cost covers some manipulation and updates. This is perfect for photo galleries. If your photo gallery is going to be static and not updated, reduced rates will apply.

Need more than 5 pages on your site? Extra pages are at the rate of $3 per page per month. 4 extra pages at the rate of $10 per month extra.

Don't have a digital camera? I'll be happy to come to your place and take the images you need on your web site. Rates will include image manipulation, and will be quoted based on time at a reduced design rate. Some mileage fees will be added too.
Items that use a lot of bandwidth, music for example, will be quoted on a case by case basis.

For Existing Customers That Renew For Another Year,
The Rate is $200 Per Year

Once your site has been live for a year, it will most likely be in maintenance mode. That's why the price is reduced. Up to 4 updates per month will still be done.
