On this page you will find all the things I need to get your web site up on the internet. The first is:

Order & Information Form (.pdf)
This form will help me understand what you are looking for from your web site. It also provides contact information so I can get in touch with you. It complements the information, that you might have filled out on the Information From You page.

There is also a checklist of the steps we will follow in designing and publishing your web site. Please fill out the form and return it to me. If you prefer, call me and I can get the required information over the phone.

Note: All you information is kept in the strictest confidence.
I do not sell phone numbers or email addresses.

Payment For Domain Name Registration
If you prefer not to order form this page you have two other options:

Download and print the order form. Fill out the form and sign it. Then fax it back to me or scan it and send it as an email attachment and an invoice will be sent to your email requesting payment.

Note: Due to my travel for work, this method might cause delays getting your website published.

Note on Privacy: Once you register a domain name, all your contact information is available for everyone to see. If you prefer not to have your information visible, register your domain name with privacy. An example of WHOIS information can be seen here for REI. If you scroll down you will see visible information for administrative and technical contacts.

Terms of Service Agreement(.pdf)
Once you get your domain name registered you will need, to download a copy of the Terms of Service Agreement. It will need to be signed, and returned to me. You can fax me the signed form, you can send it to me via snail mail or if you have a scanner, you can send it to me as an email attachment. Please keep a copy of the agreement for yourself. I need a signed copy of this form before any design work can be started on your web site. - No Exceptions -

Once I have received your signed Terms of Service Agreement, I'll start designing your web site. As the design work progresses you will have several opportunities to review the work and make changes. The work in progress will be posted on the web, in a private location, for you to review. Once we get all the details ironed out, I'll need you to send me an email stating that your satisfied with the design and it is ready for posting. At this time, I'll also need you to pay for one year of hosting and updates.

Once I have your payment, I'll post your web site, on your domain, and you and your customers can start using your site. You will also receive the password to the customer area.

The customer area has resources and tools to help make your updates easier and help provide some variety for your web site. As a customer you will also get, personalized access to me for updates, questions or any concerns you might have.

Customers deserve and get special attention and priority responses.
